Cancellation terms
- in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 30 days before the reservation date - without penalty /we provide a "Gift Package" for the corresponding amount/
- in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation from 10 to 29 days before the reservation date - 1 board/night penalty/we provide a "Gift Package" for the corresponding amount/
- when canceling a reservation up to 10 days before arrival - 100% penalty. Force majeure circumstances do not make an exception to the general cancellation conditions.
